WORKSHOP, FOR ANY INDUSTRY
Undernourished: Burnout, or Just Running Low?
Fuelling high-performing people to work and live well.
Drawing on her own burnout in real estate, Aimee helps teams tell the difference between the early stages of burnout and simply being undernourished, tired and dehydrated. Practical, evidence-based and relatable, it gives people the tools to spot the warning signs early and fuel themselves for sustainable performance.
Best suited to: corporate offices, sales and real estate teams, workplace wellbeing programs, gyms and studios, women's leadership and wellbeing events.
Formats: 90-minute talk and workshop with Q&A, optional movement or breathwork, take-home guide.
Aimee spent much of her adult life in the corporate world before moving into health and wellness.
A day
An opening keynote, a workshop and Q&A.
A residency
Multi-day facilitation with nutrition, movement and talks woven through a retreat.
Retreats Aimee hosts with Eliza remain under Vurve.
